HOW MUCH DOES SELF STORAGE COST WITH STORELINE?

ARE THERE ITEMS I AM NOT ABLE TO STORE?

You are not permitted to store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, or perishables in your storage unit. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, simply contact your StoreLine Self Storage facility.



IS THERE A BEST WAY TO PACK MY STORAGE UNIT?

 Generally, you should pack your storage unit in a way that will make it easiest to access later on. This usually means carefully packing and labeling your boxes, keeping items you will use most frequently toward the front, and leaving a center aisle clear so that you can walk through your whole unit. CAN I PAY FOR MY STORAGE RENTAL ONLINE?

Yes, you can! StoreLine Self Storage accommodates online rentals and payments. Along with accepting credit and debit card payments, we can set up automatic payments for your account to make storage as easy as possible.

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR A REFUND?

For all refund inquiries, please call customer service at 940-240-6113.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONTACT CENTER HOURS AT STORELINE?

Our call center hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

 

HOW LONG IS A RENTAL AGREEMENT?

All of the units at StoreLine operate on a month-to-month basis. Your rent is due on the first of the month. If your lease begins mid-month, we will prorate your rent when you move in.



HOW DO I PAY RENT?

 We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, as well as mail-in money orders. If you are looking for a convenient option, you can sign up for autopay or simply pay your bill online.

 

WHAT IS YOUR TERMINATION POLICY?

StoreLine facilities require at least a three day notice of your intent to vacate. Please call 940-260-2688, and a member of our customer service team will help you through the process.
